VA (Veteran) loans and Rural Development USDA loans are about all that is available for 100% financing.  There may be a way to do something that combines a grant from a qualified NON profit institution.  Many cities are currently offering grants and/or forgivable loans.

Also, FHA currently allows a $100 down payment on qualifiying HUD homes that are purchased for full price by an owner occupant.  While HUD will allow this, not all lenders will.  RECENTLY-HUD has stopped this program.  It may be available again in the future.
